Our Design Process

  1. Initial Consultation

Following your call or e-mail, we’ll arrange a convenient meeting time.  We want to hear your ideas!  We’ll ask you a lot of questions and listen carefully to your answers to ensure we understand exactly what you are dreaming of for your outdoor space.

  1. Design Quote

Depending on the size and scope of the work, we will provide quote for your design. Our design fees range from $600 to $5,000 and a 50% deposit is due upon signing a design agreement.

  1. Site Survey and Measurements

Once the design agreement is signed, we will take measurements, elevation shots, and photos of the site. We also note site-specific details (i.e., water issues, privacy, existing structures) that may affect the design.

  1. Design Presentation

At the design presentation, our in-house landscape designer will review their design with you and discuss any necessary revisions. The materials, construction process, and budget will be reviewed in detail.
